If a customer initiates a chargeback without first contacting our support team:

  • We will submit evidence including order confirmation, tracking number, IP logs, and payment authorization.

  • Fraudulent disputes may be contested with financial institutions.

We encourage customers to contact our support team before initiating any dispute.

Abuse of chargeback policies may result in permanent restriction from purchasing at Concept Home.
